We encourage that all patients be seen by appointments, and request that you call in advance so that we may reserve a time for you.  This allows us to schedule patients so that each individual has adequate time with the physician.  Same day appointments available.

Missed or Late Appointments

We require 24 hours prior notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment.   Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to change your appointment for another day.

Emergencies

We recognize that you can have an emergency, if this situation arises, we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly.  You should call us as early in the day as possible so that we can see you that day.  If the problem arises when the office is closed, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
